I’ve spent my career getting better at one thing: communicating with customers online.
Since 2008 I’ve written copy and developed content strategy and design for small websites, start ups, and multinationals — I’ve done both B2B and B2C, and learned a lot about UX, marketing and product.
Most importantly, though, I’ve been a student of what it takes to make a user act.
While I’ve led teams and spent years dealing with the complexities of project management across organizational hierarchies, Shadow remains my one true CEO.

While working as a strategist and content designer across various websites, I’ve also written the bulk of web content — from homepages to product content, as well as FAQs and contact pages.
With a background in UX, product and content, I have created wireframes, developed features, and written content for both B2B and B2C companies.
